Mindfulness journey

Whatever the life stage, everyone seeks happiness and strives hard to find joy which also brings in added elements of peace and contentment.

Life challenges often force you to refine or take a de-tour — whether it be related to work, home, or relationships, a physical health concern or something in the emotional space. This can cause you to feel overwhelmed and stuck.

Take a journey to revisit your inherent ability to feel joy and contentment so that you are empowered to get back on track in life and feel the pulse and rhythm again. This happens by changing you inner focus and outward perception through subtle practices and discussions.

A set of 3 sessions of 60 minutes each ideally spread out across 2 weeks maximum time to complete would be a month from the date of the first session.

Each session would look at some inputs around the chosen theme and exercises and space for discussion around the same. It would entail a personalized experience to explore the themes and discover your own map to navigate this space and come up with a personalized practice to carry forward. The medium would be zoom for one-on-one connects and mail for the activities

The price for this would be Rs 3000 for the 3 sessions plus 12 daily activities spanning the two weeks. It would start with a zoom connect then activities would be shared 6 days followed by the second zoom connect then 6 days of activities and finally one more call.
