A seasoned wellbeing practitioner who has worked with the corporate, development sector and educational institutions for over 16 years. This has involved multiple hours of workshops, talks and one-on-one sessions in areas like stress, relationship concerns, parenting, and areas of self growth. A trained mindfulness and happiness coach, I bring my education, training, and years of work experience to create a space where people can explore, feel supported and emerge with clarity and direction and a sense of wellbeing. Through this process, also feel empowered to take something forward.

I am a consultant and run my own private practice.
